A New Era?

So we have the Scottish National Party and Alex Salmond in power here in Scotland. I was a huge supporter of the party when I was younger. That was at a time when I was living in the South of England and dying to get back 'home'. The question now is will the party be able to pull its weight and make Scotland into the country it could and should be? That remains to be seen. They have been the underdog for so long (when compared to Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats). But they say every dog has its day. I do know that both Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon have always spoken passionately about Scotland. If they put that passion into the job we may do quite nicely. I am up for giving them a chance.
